I’m an associate at a firm in Houston and used a JD Mortgage thanks to your advice! I used Cadence Bank, which is one of the folks who have advertised through you (I think). The experience was great—they were super fast and responsive. I got a 780k mortgage for 0 down, no PMI, and an interest rate of 3.5%. I’m sure we could’ve gotten a lower interest rate if we had waited and saved up a down payment but we didn’t for a couple of reasons: 1) It would have likely taken us 18 months to save up a down payment large enough to make a difference, and we had no guarantee that super low rates would still be around then; and 2) we wanted to start a family right away and didn’t want to wait to buy a home.
